Enter the Cave
Train your body to stop flinching from fear.
Saturday and Sunday mornings. Breathwork, then cold water — coached, deliberate, and pointed at the thing you've been avoiding.
Why cold water
Fear is a body event. You can’t talk your way out of a nervous system that has learned to brace, freeze, or run.
The cold gives you a safe, honest version of that moment — every weekend — until your body remembers how to relax inside it. Most people start owning the skill after six to eight experiences.
You don’t wait until the fear is gone. You learn to move while it’s there.
