This is the privacy policy for the wildermethod.com website only. It is not the Notice of Privacy Practices for clinical care. Clients receive that separately at intake.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to count page views and measure which pages lead people to reach out.
Analytics records the page you viewed, the general action you took (for example, clicking the phone number), your approximate region, and basic device and browser information.
What analytics never collects
No text you type on this site is sent to analytics. No symptoms, no diagnoses, no message content, no names, no email addresses, no insurance information.
Website analytics are kept separate from protected health information. Nothing you send to this practice by phone or email is tracked, tagged, or shared with an analytics or advertising platform. This site carries no advertising pixels.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works either way. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track or global privacy control setting.
Email and messages
Standard email is not a secure channel. Please don't include detailed clinical information in a first message. Insurance card photos sent for benefit verification are used only for that purpose.
