Anxiety, Panic & Overthinking
Your mind won't stop. And thinking harder isn't working.
Anxiety is persuasive. It tells you that if you can just think it through one more time, you'll finally feel settled. Then the next thought arrives.
Why controlling anxiety often makes it louder
Anxiety runs on two engines: prediction and avoidance. You try to predict every outcome so nothing catches you off guard, and you avoid whatever might spike the feeling. Both work in the short term. Both teach your nervous system that the discomfort was, in fact, unbearable — which is why it keeps coming back a little stronger.
So we don't start with getting rid of anxiety. We start with what happens in you when it shows up, and what you do next.
What we work on
Recognizing the earliest signals in your body instead of noticing at a 9 out of 10. Learning specific ways to stay present when the wave arrives. Understanding what your anxious parts are trying to protect. Making decisions with incomplete information — on purpose, in small doses, so the capacity is real.
Over time the goal isn't a quiet mind. It's a life you're no longer arranging around your anxiety. No outcome is guaranteed, and I won't promise a cure — but this is the direction the work moves.
